I had a lovely holiday at this hotel with my family. The rooms were spacious and maintained well, and the staff at the bar were incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing as the food options were repetitive and sometimes lukewarm. While the pool was great for relaxation, the evening entertainment didn't quite meet our expectations.
While the hotel boasts comfortable and spacious rooms that are well-maintained, my overall experience was marred by the underwhelming dining options and the less-than-enthusiastic service. The animations team did their best to engage guests, but there were notable frustrations with the food quality and the behavior of some staff members. All in all, it was an okay stay, but I would look for other options next time.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Laguna Beach Alya! The animation team made our days fun-filled with engaging activities, and the restaurant offered delicious Mediterranean cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside was a noisy group of guests which occasionally disrupted the peaceful environment. Overall, it was a memorable experience for our family; I would definitely return to this hotel.
